Julianna Margulies sued by former representatives

Actress Julianna Margulies is facing a lawsuit from her former management team amid allegations she reneged on a deal to pay them commission.

The star hired D/F Management to represent her in 2009, and the agents reportedly helped her to land the lead in Golden Globe-winning legal drama The Good Wife as well as a high-profile job as a spokesmodel for cosmetics brand L'Oreal.

However, Margulies cut ties with the talent company in April 2011 and is now accused of failing to honour an agreement granting the organisation 10 per cent of her earnings from the two big roles, according to TMZ.com.

Her former representatives are demanding the £262,500 they are allegedly owed in back payments and are asking a judge to pass an order forcing Margulies to continue handing over 10 per cent of her wages as long as she holds on to the deals.
