Julianne Hough Hit the Dance Floor With the Cutest Guy at the Emmys

On a night when the women were dazzling and the men were dressed to the nines, it was a caped twinkle-toes who stole the heart of a Dancing With the Stars judge.

Julianne Hough, who was at the Emmys for her nominated Grease: Live, happened upon 5-year-old Jeremy Maguire, who plays Joe Pritchett on Modern Family, at an afterparty. The dapper young man, in his black tux and cape(!), was tearing it up on the dance floor with a crowd encircling him when he approached Julianne for a dance. She got down low and proceeded to ham it up with the youngster. Afterward, she captioned the cute video of their encounter, “I mean… my heart just melted!!! [heart emoji]”

All that fun with his dance partner didn’t mean little Jeremy had no time for his onscreen mom, Sofia Vergara. Here she is, still elegantly dressed in her white gown, laughingly holding him as he throws his head back and smiles.

Where did he get the energy to party after the awards show? Maybe that PB&J sandwich and juice box from host Jimmy Kimmel’s mom was just what he needed to keep him going. He did show off his good manners (or at least his parents who run his Instagram did) when he sent his appreciation: “Thanks to Jimmy’s mom for the lunches! #emmys #juicebox”
