Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge 'Getting Her Body Back With Pilates And Swimming'

Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge looked amazing when she stepped out for her first public appearance 10 days ago, just six weeks after giving birth to her first child, baby Prince George and according to insiders the royal is working at getting her pre baby body back, with her secret taking exercise in "moderation".

The 31-year-old is known for having an amazingly slender body and it appears she's got back in her skinny jeans just weeks after giving birth to George. But according to a new report it isn't just natural, she's been working on her figure over recent weeks as well.

 "Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym. That helps in bouncing back," a close friend reportedly told Life & Style magazine.

"Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant. It's really helped her lose weight.

"Kate is keen to get back to her old self, but she's doing everything in moderation."

The Duchess, who is set to attend her first red carpet event since giving birth this week in London, revealed recently she's keen on doing some walking to get her figure back to it's best.

Speaking at the official opening of the Ring O'Fire Ultra Marathon last month, where she accompanied husband Prince William she reportedly revealed she's keen to shed the extra pounds.

Park Warden Will Stewart told The Telegraph: "She seemed genuinely interested in doing some walking. Especially after the baby, she wants to get back into shape.

"I said, 'You don't need to worry about that!' She looked great."
