Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton has reportedly been left fuming after an Australian magazine published photos of the couple while on their very private honeymoon last year.
The newlyweds were pictured frolicking on a beach in the Seychelles last May following the royal wedding in April and as of yet had no photos of the intimate holiday published.
It is not known how Australian title Woman's Day obtained the controversial photographs which showed Kate in a black bikini and William in boardshorts. St James' Palace spokesperson told Celebuzz: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s honeymoon was obviously a private occasion, and we would ask people to respect their privacy."
The couple jetted off last summer with Kate reportedly unaware where they were going. Prince William had allegedly planned the whole holiday as a surprise for his bride with the location kept top secret.
On leaving the island paradise, the couple thanks the Seychelles officials for "a memorable and special 10 days," revealing they "thoroughly enjoyed their time together" on the island.
In an effort to give the very public couple some privacy, Clarence House specifically requested British tabloids and magazines not publish the photos, as the royal family considered them an invasion of the couple’s privacy.
