Keira Knightley has ditched that oh-so-perfect pout and swapped it for a great sex face, that she spent quite a bit of time getting right.

The actress, who stars as Sabina Spielrein in the new movie, a young psychiatric patient who loves sadomasochism.

In the movie, which had its London premiere earlier this week, Keira is spanked and also gets carried away with solo sex acts and now she's admitted to having practised her sex faces and even repeating them for the film's director David Cronenberg.

"It was a huge part of what Sabina was doing a lot of the time," Keira told The Sun. "I asked psychoanalysts about it and they said, 'sex and anything like that is trying to release pent-up emotion."

"So I worked with that and sat in my bathroom and pulled faces at myself for two days. Then I got on Skype with David and went 'Ive come up with this' or 'I've come up with that' and he went, 'that one!'"

But the question is, does Keira indulge in a bit of S&M with her Klaxons star boyfriend James Righton? The answer is no. Unsurprisingly.

"It's simply not my thing... there is nothing that links me to this person in any way," she insisted.
