The Killers To Debut New Album 'Battle Born' At One-Off UK Show

The Killers will debut tracks from their new album 'Battle Born' at a one-off UK headline show next month.

The Las Vegas band will play Leeds' O2 Academy on August 17 as a warm-up for the band's headline sets at V Festival on August 18 and 19.

The Killers announced earlier this month that their new studio album 'Battle Born' will be released on September 17.

The band's fourth record and will be preceded by a single titled 'Runaways', which debuted online earlier today (July 10).

A series of producers worked on the anticipated new record, including Madonna collaborator Stuart Price, Steve Lillywhite, Damian Taylor and Brendan O'Brien.

It is the band's first album for over four years since 2008's Day & Age.

Frontman Brandon Flowers explained the album's new title during a radio interview earlier this month "In a sense, all Americans are battle born. Our ancestors came here for something better."
