Reality star Kim Kardashian is well known for her 'kurves', however, she does have to diet to keep them in check. The Armenian beauty has revealed that her amazing post-baby 50lbs weight loss is down to the carb free Atkins diet.
In October, Kim Kardashian told chat show host Jay Leno that gaining 50lbs through her pregnancy was the "biggest challenge of my life", the beautiful blonde has now opened up to her fans about her weight struggle.
Yesterday Kim K engaged in a Twitter Q&A session via the website Mobio INsider allowing her fans to ask their idol a variety of questions. One of her 18 million followers asked her what was the secret behind her dramatic weight loss and Kim gave all credit to the protein based diet plan. "Thank you! I did the Atkins diet, and i really stuck with it." (sic)
The 33-year-old did add that, just like the rest of, she had indulged a bit over the festive period, as she continued: "I am starting again this week, since I ate a lot over the holidays."

Speaking of 'starting again', Kim recently caused a stir when she posted a very revealing photo of her work out gear on Instagram. Clearly KK likes to work out her fitness as well as her diet as she posed with her friend Blac Chyna following a gym sesh.
The pics made sure to really show off Kim's *ahem* ASSets, however many people were claiming that the photos had been manipulated.
If you look closely at the door to Kim's left, it appears faintly warped. This can be an indicator that the photo has been altered in some way. However, this has not been confirmed by Kim Kardashian.

The star, who is engaged to rapper Kayne West, has been honest about how hard she found her weight gain during her pregnancy with her daughter North West. Kim's maternity style and natural weight increase lead to several nasty trolls attacking the star for her growing curves.
When asked by a fan in the Q&A how she handles online critics, Kim replied: "It's hard because seems that these days people can never be happy for you. People can hide behind their computer and say whatever they want. Always throwing some shade to ruin a fun or exciting moment you may be having."

Instead Ms Kardashian advised her supporters to remain true to themselves: "You just have to be positive and truly ignore it. Never change who you are. Be happy for others, and be happy for yourself if you accomplished something you are proud of!"
