Kim Kardashian has been photographed out for the first time since giving birth to daughter North in June this year and while there's been various reports that the new mum isn't coping and that her relationship with Kanye West is under-strain the couple looked "affectionate" and new mum Kim "confident" on her first trip out according to body language expert Judi James.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has kept a surprisingly low profile since she became a mum on June 15, but was finally seen taking the little bundle of joy for a appointment at a Los Angeles health centre on Wednesday with her boyfriend Kanye West, according to images published by TMZ.
The couple were snapped leaving the facility with a security person/nanny carrying a carry cot with a blanket over, believed to be baby North, with Kim following closely behind with West. The new mum ditched her usual glamorous look though looked slimmed down and healthy in a denim shirt, black trousers, Ugg boots and minimal make up. It also looked like the trademark hair extensions were gone, with Kim rocking shorter locks than usual.
After months of sepeculation we asked body language expert Judi James, what the first look tell us about new Kim mum and her rapper boyfriend West? With Judi claiming the couple look happier than ever in their new roles as parents to baby North.
"There were some frosty-looking poses from Kim and Kanye on the build-up to baby North's birth so it's great to see them smiling again and looking physically relaxed together," Judi said.
"Although Kanye seems to be relegated to bringing up the rear here he was also looking full of affectionate concern for Kim just prior to walking into the hospital, grinning down at her and seemingly insisting on carrying her huge designer bag."

Kim had struggled with her pregnancy, admitting she had found it much harder than she expected, but according to Judi she looks much more confident in her role as a mum.
"Kim is also full of smiles and confidence again and although she did seem to spend her pregnancy in full glam kit including heels and short skirts her outfit is appropriately casual, suggesting she's relishing her new mum role," she went on.
In the image neither Kanye or Kim are carrying their baby, unlike Prince William when he left the hospital with son baby George three weeks ago. But Judi insists this isn't a reflection on Kanye's parenting style.
"Unlike Prince William who signaled his intention to be seen as a hands-on dad by carrying baby George himself in his baby seat, Kanye is apparently happy to let the nanny/security do the heavy lifting for him," she explained.
"This is an unusual choice as lots of new parents tend to walk in a bit of a huddle, with one carrying or pushing the baby while the other keeps an arm around their shoulders, but in the world of celebrity it probably makes sense to delegate, especially as the woman with North wears the biggest, proudest-looking smile of the group."
While we've now seen Kim it's just little baby North that we're itching to get a look at, we can't wait!
