She's barely completed her second trimester, but pregnant Kim Kardashian parenting skills are already being called into question.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has come under fire by animal rights group PETA for indulging in her love of fur once again while on her recent Paris visit.

Kim was snapped out in Paris over the weekend wearing a fur stole as she took in the sights with her rapper boyfriend Kanye West.

Despite continual request from PETA - who say they have sent the couple heartbreaking videos of the cruelty animals suffer for their skin - asking Kim to end her love affair with fur, the mother-to-be has so far been reluctant to give in.

"Kim is a commercial commodity – often for things that aren't selling well, like properties in the Middle East or real fur," a spokesperson for PETA told EntertainmentWise exclusively.

"PETA has sent Kim and Kanye horrific videos of animals having their necks broken for fur, but they haven't changed their habits, so one wonders if they can or will teach their children respect for animals."

The campaign group added that they hoped Kim's unborn baby would take a leaf out of their aunt Khloe's book, who avoids wearing fur of any kind: "Children naturally identify and empathise with animals, and we can only hope their child takes after their Aunt Khloe and rejects fur."

Is it time for Kim to make a change?
