Kristen Stewart lashes out at paparazzo

It's not been the best year for Kristen Stewart, so it's no surprise she's keen to avoid being photographed - and she let rip at a snapper who was trying to do just that on Monday.

The Twilight actress is notoriously shy, but she hit headlines around the world last July when she was pictured cosying up to her Snow White & The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

The publication of the kissing shots led Kristen to admit she had made an "indiscretion", while Rupert apologised to his wife Liberty Ross, but it wasn't enough to save the marriage.

Kristen reconciled with boyfriend Robert Pattinson, but they split again earlier this year, and the actress is clearly keen to avoid being in the spotlight any more than is necessary.

She was out and about in Los Angeles walking her dog when she was spotted a videographer - and she promptly unleashed a foul-mouthed rant.

Are you ready for this?...

The star shouted, "F**k off. You're a piece of s**t... you don't deserve to breathe the same air I do."

She then hid behind a screen covering a number of industrial garbage containers and refused to move until an assistant arrived to rescue her in a car.

Well, that's one way to avoid the paparazzi - but we hope she went for a shower afterwards!
