Kristen Stewart is due to make her first red carpet appearance this week at the 'On The Road' premiere at Toronto Film Festival, but allegedly she's having trouble sleeping because she's so worried about reactions to the film and because of the Robert Pattinson cheating scandal.
Over a month ago the 22-year-old actress issued a statement admitting that she cheated on her boyfriend Rob with married father-of-two Rupert Sanders, and while the 'Twilight' actor has made a dignified return to the public eye, Kristen has kept a very low-profile.
Now, she's set to appear alongside Rob's best pal, Tom Sturridge, to promote their new movie 'On The Road' tomorrow night.
Kristen seems awkward enough on the red carpet without this on her shoulders, so it's no real surprise that she's reportedly facing a few nerves before the event.
A source told RadarOnline: "Kristen Stewart hasn’t been able to get a wink of sleep in the run-up to the film festival. She’s been fretting over the film’s premiere."
It has been reported that the media has a ban on asking Kristen any questions about her public life, but she's said to be concerned that the whole affair will dominate the talk.
"Kristen's worried that because it opens the festival, a lot is expected of it and just prays that it's well received," the insider explained.
Last month, Entertainmentwise attended the UK premiere of 'On The Road' and Kristen was noticeably absent. It had been reported that Kristen had pulled out but her rep told us that she had never been scheduled to attend.
Kristen better get her practice in, as she's soon due to promote her last instalment for 'Twilight', 'Breaking Dawn: Part Two', with her formed beau Rob Pattinson.
