Ozzy Osbourne 'Blown Away By Taylor Swift's Beauty During First Meeting'

It looks as though Taylor Swift may have found herself an admirer in the form of Ozzy Osbourne who was apparently “blown away” by the singer's beauty during their first meeting and even likened her to the likes of Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn.

The Black Sabbath rocker's innocent crush was exposed by Ozzy's wife Sharon Osbourne, who revealed details of the rocker's first meeting with the country starlet while co-hosting on her daytime show The Talk this week. According to the X Factor judge, Ozzy doesn't usually have much to say about any of the celebrities he meets, however, the singer was in awe of Taylor's beauty and musical talent.

“My husband doesn't say anything about anyone - he knows who Taylor Swift is, he knows her music, but he's never met her before, and he was so blown away with her beauty and the aura that she projects,” Sharon said on The Talk.

She continued: “He said to me, 'I have finally met somebody that I can say is a true superstar.' He said, 'She reminds me of Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn.' He called her the most magnificent young girl he's met in his lifetime. He was so blown away by her.”

What a compliment! Not everyone is impressed with Taylor's stardom however, with New Zealand singer Lorde claiming the Grammy-winner isn't a good role model for young fans for portraying a “flawless” image.

After most likely receiving backlash from T-Swizzle's fans, Lorde backtracked on the scathing comments she made in an interview, taking to her Tumblr page to issue an apology and clarify the meaning of her rant.

“I think i c**ked that up a bit and what i said wasn’t put in context also. what i meant was: there’s a lot of importance placed on physical perfection in this industry, and i wish my favourite stars didn’t look perfect because i think fans (me included) have these feelings of worthlessness, like they’ll never be as pretty/talented/whatever, as a result of this intense photoshop culture and the endless strive for perfection,” Lorde wrote.

She added: “Ps. i am very very new to this whole thing. i will probably never be the kind of role model for my fans that ts is for hers. i admire her very much for this reason. basically, this is an apology for not thinking too hard before i speak. Peace.”
