Perez Hilton Slams Lindsay Lohan 'I Hope She Doesn't Die Next Year'

Perez Hilton isn't exactly known for keeping his opinions to himself, especially when it comes to Lindsay Lohan, and he recently seemed to imply there was a chance the 'Mean Girl' star may die next year.

The gossip blogger, who recently clashed with Demi Lovato on Twitter, said he hoped to write less about the Hollywood wildchild in 2013 and hoped she “doesn't die”.

He said, during a Skype interview with MSN: “I want to be talking less about Lindsay Lohan, and that hopefully she doesn’t die.”

Perez's comment about the troubled star comes fresh from a Twitter spat with X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato over an article written on his popular blog. It kicked off when Demi responded to Hilton's headline: "'Lindsay Is On Cocaine & Out Of Control', Says Michael Lohan!"

She wrote: "@PerezHilton hey how about you just leave her alone? Instead of kicking someone while they're down?"

When he answered: "@ddlovato The media (me) is not harming Lindsay. She is doing that to herself. She needs to take #accountability before she will get better,"

The X Factor USA argued: "@PerezHilton The media (not just you) don't realize when you need to stop. This isn't a headline for your readers. This is someone's life."

Hilton said: "@ddlovato Do you really think @LindsayLohan wants the media to not write about her? She needs attention and creates drama to get it. #Truth"

Despite attempting to turn over a new leaf with her role in 'Liz & Dick' playing Elizabeth Taylor 2012 has been another year of drama for the 'Mean Girls' star.

She was recently charged with misdemeanor assault after reportedly punching a woman in a New York nightclub and was also banned from notorious celeb hangout the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood over unpaid bills.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley is expected in court today for a hearing over misdemeanor charges against the star following a car accident last June. The 26-year-old is facing charges of reckless driving and lying to police after her Porsche hit a truck in June, in Malibu.
