Pippa Middleton is reportedly being lined up for a £400,000 a year role as a royal correspondent for a US TV network.
Television channel NBC is allegedly desperate to get Pippa, who is the sister of Prince William's wife Kate, to hand over the juiciest royal gossip over the course of 20 TV appearances next year.
Network bosses want Pippa to have her own spot on The Today Show and will cover events the royal family are likely to attend such as the Chelsea Flower Show, the opening of London's Buckingham Palace in the summer and also give updates on sister Kate's pregnancy.
However, she will not be obliged to reveal the most intimate details of royal life if she chooses not to.
A source told the Daily Mirror: "NBC senior figures will bill this job to Pippa as a special correspondent in 2013. They see her appeal as huge as she is linked to the Royal Family and because of her popularity following the wedding when pictures of her went worldwide."
Pippa currently works as a party planner and recently wrote a book on how to throw the perfect bash.
