Pippa Middleton has apparently signed a £400,000 book deal to to teach us all how to be the perfect party hostess.
Rumours started about Pippa's book last month, with publishing houses entering into a bidding war to secure the rights.
It is thought her literary agent David Godwin closed the deal last week with Michael Joseph, an imprint of Penguin books, the Daily Mail reports.
Pippa has apparently told friends she won't use a ghost writer, and has already been drafting chapters.
A source said: "It will be about entertaining and how to throw the perfect party. It’s not just about being the perfect hostess – it will also include recipes and information about how to host different types of events.
"Pippa has been sketching out the chapters and has decided to start each one with an amusing anecdote."
Big sister Kate Middleton apparently thinks the idea is "brilliant."
