Robert Pattinson Gets 'Over Excited' Reading 'Fifty Shades Of Grey': 'I'd Lick The Pages'

It seems that it's not just women who are losing it over bonk fest book 'Fifty Shades of Grey' because Robert Pattinson has claimed he would get so over 'excited' reading the erotic novel that he would end up “licking the pages”.

Totes saucy Rob!

The actor was asked the bizarre question as to whether he would ever read the sex fetish novel as part of a book club with the star claiming that he wouldn't be able to read it.

“I'd just sit there and lick the pages," he told MTV News.

'Fifty Shades of Gray' tells the story of sex crazed billionaire Christian Grey who has a dark, erotic relationship with naïve student Anastasia Steele and has been thrilling readers all over the world with it's graphic sexual content.

Clearly Rob is a fan yet as he admitted he hadn't read it yet he must've got his impression of the book from girlfriend Kristen Stewart who confessed earlier this year that she had. Perhaps the couple have been using the saucy novel to spice up their sex life? Though from the 'Twilight' star's reaction to Rob's comments we doubt it.

After making the claim, Kristen laughed: "That would be disgusting.”

Despite clearly enjoying the book's material, Rob won't get a chance of becoming Christian Grey for real as the author E.L. James has claimed she doesn't want the 'Twilight' hunk to star in the movie.

He might get a chance to see his girlfriend in the adaptation though as the 'Snow White And The Huntsman' star is said to be the top choice to play the female lead.

No word yet if Rob is actually in a book club, but if he eats the books then we are pretty sure he will get kicked out!
