He's been in hiding out since news of his girlfriend Kristen Stewart's affair broke, but now it's been revealed that Robert Pattinson will give his first TV interview since the scandal.
The actor is set to appear for the first time in public since those photos of Kristen in a steamy clinch with Rupert Sanders emerged last month. The Belfast Telegraph report that Rob will appear on top US breakfast show 'Good Morning America' on August 15 to promote his new move 'Cosmopolis'.
It is thought the interview will just focus just on the film but no doubt the presenters will do their best to get heartbroken Robert to open up about the scandal.
This marks the first major public appearance for the actor, who has apparently been lying low at Reese Witherspoon's Californian home in recent weeks. It sounds like the star could be turning a corner though as reports emerge of him partying in a local bar over the weekend.
Us Weekly claim that Robert had an "amazing" night at country-western bar Deer Lodge on Saturday (August 4). "He looked like a guy that was just trying to enjoy himself and get away," the insider said. "Seems like a good kid."
We can't wait to see Rob on August 15, we've missed that face!
