Robin Thicke Posts Smiling Family Picture With Wife Paula Patton After Groping Blunder

Robin Thicke has displayed a united front with his wife Paula Patton and their son Julian, posting a family photo during the wake of his recent scandal which has seen the star accused of groping a young blonde.

The R&B crooner is seemingly ignoring the scandals surrounding his recent risque behaviour to enjoy some much needed bonding time with his family beachside in Miami, Florida.

In the photo posted to Twitter on Friday, both Thicke, 36, and Patton, 37, don aviator sunglasses to ward off the bright sun, and tiny Julian wears a blue-and-red life vest for their boating adventure. The caption reads: "Family vaca!".

The happy couple were rocked earlier this week when a picture tweeted to Paula on the social networking site saw Thicke having a cheeky feel of a woman's rear end in a reflection in the mirror behind them.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have chosen to ignore the controversy (Andres Otero/

"Paula Patton look at the reflection girl," the user wrote.

The woman, who has been named as Lana Scolaro, a socialite student living in New York City has since opened up on the controversial photo. "I knew his hand was on my butt. I posted it on Instagram and didn’t notice the reflection. But someone noticed it and commented. I was just like, 'Oh I'll Instagram this photo with Robin Thicke, like everybody else,' " she told Celebuzz.

She added: "I didn’t think it would cause this much drama. I didn’t know it would be all over everything like this."

The scandal comes just a week after the star's risque performance with Miley Cyrus at the MTV VMA Awards, in which she gyrated against his groin in a latex bikini during a rendition of his number one hit 'Blurred Lines'.
