TJ Jackson In Court To Get Guardianship of MJ's Children

There has been an emergency guardianship hearing called for Michael Jackson’s three children as TJ Jackson fights to get temporary guardianship.

Attorneys for TJ Jackson – son of Tito Jackson – alongside the children’s attorney, lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate and Katherine Jackson’s attorneys are currently in a Los Angeles courthouse.

TJ, 34, filed the missing person’s report last week when Katherine Jackson disappeared without notifying family members, and has also been acting as a semi-parent to Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Tito’s son is basing his case on the fact that their current guardian, Katherine, 82, has been gone in Arizona for 10 days and has not given the kids proper supervision.

On Good Morning America Wednesday, Tito appeared to confirm Katherine will be returning to L.A. after her desert spa visit to improve her high blood pressure.

Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, tells TMZ, "This is a very tense time when of course we don't feel Mrs. Jackson should be removed as guardian and we would vigorously oppose that on anything other than an extremely short-term basis, until she returns home."

Reportedly, the King of Pop’s children love TJ and want him to get temporary guardianship.

Hours before the hearing, Paris Jackson sent out a message via a Twitter where she uses her father’s lyrics from the song “Will You Be There.”

“everyones taking control of me , it seems that the worlds got a role for me .. im so confused will u show to me you'll be there for me."
