Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Heading For Reunion?

Katie Holmes is allegedly considering a reunion with ex husband Tom Cruise if the actor leaves the Church of Scientology for her, in a “big romantic gesture", according to a new report.

The actress, who divorced the 'Top Gun' megastar in a quickie divorce earlier this year, would apparently consider giving their marriage another go if he was to leave the church.

"Katie is a sucker for the big romantic gesture," a friend told Grazia magazine.

"Tom swept her off her feet the first time around, and if he goes ahead and leaves Scientology for her, that would be seriously tough for her to resist."

Katie, who currently has primary custody of their six year old daughter Suri, has been building a new life for herself in New York and appears to be flourishing post-split with new roles and the success of her fashion line.

But if Tom left the church, insiders have claimed it could be enough to tempt her back to their marriage.

"The religion is the biggest thing in his life. If he left that behind for her, it would be immense," the source continued. "But it seems that may be what he's talking about doing. He misses Suri like crazy."

Tom is currently in the UK filming back to back movies but, having not seen Suri for 10 weeks, is reportedly eager to see his daughter soon. Will it be a reunion for Tom and Katie too?
