TOWIE's Lucy And Lydia Are Still Hung Up Over Their Exes

Both Lucy Mecklenburgh and Lydia Bright are down in the dumps having broken up their respective boyfriends, and in tonight’s episode of The Only Way Is Essex the drama was far from over.

James 'Arg' Argent declares to Joey and Diags that he’s never cheated on Lydia, that she is the only one he’s ever slept with and he lost his virginity to her four years ago, but despite this Lydia keeps hearing “cheating allegations” and admits:

“I don’t know what to believe! I will never trust anyone again! I want to kill him!”

Poor Lydia is in tears and shaking as her mum tries to calm down her visibly distressed daughter. However Arg seems totally clueless as usual, telling Joey and Diags that all these tears just “show that she still cares.”

Whilst Lydia is determined to move on, Lucy is still obviously hung up on ex Mario Falcone, telling close friend Billi that she needs space from him and so they are currently on a break, after she found out he had sent raunchy emails to over 40 girls.
 
Mario, hoping to fix things with the brunette beauty, receives some sage advice from TOWIE elder Mick, who tells him not to give up quite yet.

Opening his heart, Mario admits: “I thought she was the most amazing girl in the world, then the Mark situation distracted me from that.”

He added: “All this has helped me realise what I want” and Mario texts Lucy to tell her that he wants to “win her back.”

Lucy later confesses to the girls that she thinks she will end up forgiving him: “I know he’s done wrong, but I do want to see him.”
