Usher's 'Over Worked' Former Nanny Sues For Unfair Dismissal And Unpaid Wages

Usher has found himself in another legal battle, this time with his former nanny Cecilia Duncan who is suing the star for unfairly firing her and failing to pay her wages.

The nanny is looking to receive a six-figure payout from the 'Climax' singer after officially filing her lawsuit against the singer apparently believing that she was over worked and underpaid.

TMZ reports that according to the legal documents Cecelia Duncan was hired as a part time nanny back in 2010 however, the claimant argues that she would often have to work over 40 hours a week going above and beyond to look after Usher's five-year-old son Naviyd.

Apparently when she voiced her concerns to 'The Voice' coach back in 2011 she was ignored for over a year before the R&B legend sacked her without paying her a dime for the overtime she worked during her employment.

Sources have revealed to the website that Duncan is seeking damages within the six-figure domain.

Usher was previosly involved in a messy legal battle with his ex-wife Tameka Raymond as the the pair fought in a lengthy court case for the custody of their children. The 34-year-old father won the case last August just weeks after his ex-wife Tameka tragically lost her 11-year-old son from a previous releationship in a horrific jet ski accident.
