'Zayn Malik Has Proposed' Perrie Edwards Reveals, But She's Only Joking

Perrie Edwards has joked that One Direction babe Zayn Malik has proposed to her, but it seems the cheeky Little Mixer was only joking.

There has been constant speculation the couple are set to become engaged and clearly enjoying the rumours the Geordie beauty has joked that it's already happened.

When asked what the most romantic thing a boy has done, she claimed, "I got proposed to," before claiming the Kiss You singer had gone down on one knee, but when pressed admitted she was only joking.

While they might not be engaged, the Wings star admitted she wouldn't mind if the Bradford lad whipped out a diamond ring.

"One day," she told Ok Magazine, when asked if she'd like to be propsed to, "I think we’d all like that."

Sympathising for Zayn though she went on: "It’s a bit scary for the boy, though. What if the girl says no? That would be awful."

Admitting the 1D babe isn't the only one looking to marry her, Perrie revealed: "But a few fans have proposed. A little boy proposed to us once and I said yes, actually."

While there's no ring on the finger yet it hasn't stopped the pink haired singer planning her wedding, confessing she'd already picked out a first wedding song.

"I have a song," Perrie said, "A Thousand Years by Christina Perri."

Cute! We think Perrie and Zayn would make a totally cute married couple and her fellow Little Mixers agree. Jesy recently claimed the pair would be the first to tie the knot.

“Perrie will be the first of us to get engaged, Zayn definitely seems like the kind of person who’s gonna ask her to marry him soon. He’s an early bloomer,” She said in an interview on Capital FM.

“They’re just like a married couple anyway. They’ve got a dog and they literally dress in the same clothes… I’m getting my hat already."
