Nicole Kidman Finally Reunites With Estranged Daughter Bella

Earlier this year 23-year-old Bella Cruise was forced to deny rumours that she doesn’t see her famous parents, Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, after they both failed to attend her wedding to Max Parker.

It was reported that Bella hadn’t invited her mum to the Scientology ceremony despite the fact she was working on a West End play in London at the time.

Despite the snub, Bella insisted that she is in touch with the stars, sniping: “Of course we talk, they’re my parents.

"Anyone who says otherwise is full of sh*t.”

Now it has been claimed that Nicole enjoyed an “emotional” reunion with Bella and has given her daughter’s new husband her seal of approval.

A source told Australia’s Woman’s Day magazine: “It was a very emotional moment for all of them, especially Nicole.

"It didn’t take long for her to burst into tears, and Bella soon followed. Nic has been trying to build bridges with Bella since the start of the year.

"Nicole took an instant liking to Max and could see that he and Bella get on really well.”

Despite Nicole and Tom’s combined wealth of around $600million, Bella and Max rejected all offers of financial support from the former couple and live in a modest one-bedroom house in Croydon.

Nicole and Tom adopted Bella in 1992 after Nicole suffered a traumatic ectopic pregnancy, with the couple reportedly being contacted by a mother from the Church of Scientology who had a baby she couldn’t look after.

Over the years it was claimed that Nicole and Bella’s relationship had broken down - with Bella apparently opting to call Katie Holmes ‘mum’ instead of Nicole when her father married the Dawson’s Creek actress back in 2006.
