Residents of Lake Macquarie have become accustomed to sharing their locality with kangaroos, with one of the added benefits being some additional help when it comes to keeping their lawns trim and tidy.

TikTok user @veronicadownunder regulalrly documents the lives of her marsupial neighbors on social media.

In videos posted over October 28 and 29 she captures footage of the hungry animals feasting on some of the lawns in her locality, commenting that there’s “no need” for “lawnmowers here”.
