Nor'easter Rains Bring Flooding to Upstate New York

Heavy rain caused flooding in Marcellus, New York, on October 26, as the National Weather Service issued flash-flood warnings for areas in the Finger Lakes region.

Rain brought by a nor’easter flooded multiple areas in the northeast, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
