Tufnell Park stabbing: Man in his 20s dies after suffering fatal stab wound in north London

A man believed to be in his 20s has died in north London, after suffering a fatal stab wound.

Police officers raced to the scene, on Corrine Road, Tufnell Park, at about 9.30pm on Tuesday evening.

After performing first aid, just over half an hour later the victim was pronounced dead, police said.

Officers said next of kin are yet to be informed and formal identification has not taken place yet.

In a statement, police said: “A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.

"The Homicide and Major Crime Command has been notified.

"There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”
