North Macedonia Holds Its First-Ever Pride Parade in Skopje

North Macedonia’s first-ever LGBT pride parade was held in Skopje on June 29, with around 1,000 people marching through the center of the city, reports said.

A counter-demonstration was held by groups representing “traditional family values,” Reuters reported, with several hundred attending a church for prayers.
