North Wales Police issue 'dangerous' warning ahead of Storm Bert
North Wales Police have issued a warning as Storm Bert heads to the region. The force put out a statement on Friday evening.
They said roads were already wet after rain and sleet on Friday. This will be followed by torrential rain and high winds today.
They urged drivers to consider waiting to travel until the weather eases on Saturday.

They said: "Following showery spells of rain and sleet across many parts of North Wales today, large amounts of surface water has been reported across some of the region’s roads.
"And with Storm Bert bringing substantial rainfall and perhaps more snow to North Wales tomorrow, as well as a yellow weather warning for high winds for most of the region, dangerous conditions are expected on the roads.
"As a result, we are advising motorists to take extra care when out travelling and would advise considering waiting until the weather eases before getting in your vehicle. If you must travel, we advise driving slowly to avoid losing control on wet and slippery surfaces to increase reaction time, while maintaining a greater distance between you and the car in front.
"There is also the potential for a large amount of snow on higher ground tonight, which could cause weather conditions in the Clwydian Range and Eryri to become extremely treacherous. Please keep up to date with the weather via the Met Office."
