Northern California Crews Fight Caldor Fire

The Caldor Fire had burned over 126,000 acres and was at 11 percent containment on August 25, officials said, as crews continued to fight the fast-moving blaze.

This footage was taken by Mando Perez, who said it was captured in Sly Park, an area in El Dorado County, on August 23.

As of August 25, officials said the fire, which started on August 14, had reached 197 square miles. More than 2,600 personnel were on the scene fighting the fire. Credit: Mando Perez via Storyful
