Not Megan Fox turning up to the GRAMMYs with concussion and a broken wrist though?

ICYMI, Megan Fox rolled to a pre-Grammys party after suffering a concussion *and* a broken wrist this weekend. Yep, despite (we're guessing) being in pain and probably not firing on all cylinders, the actor still radiated Hollywood glamour at Clive Davis's annual pre-Grammys gala last night in spite of her multiple injuries.

"Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party," Megan captioned an Instagram post of herself alongside her date/twin flame Machine Gun Kelly. However, she hasn't revealed what caused her injuries.

In the series of images, Megan appears to be wrist-guard-free, but pics from later on in the night showcase her wearing a hot-pink cast (staying dedicated to the Barbiecore trend – we love to see it).

During the party, Megan donned a stunning red Alexis Mabille gown with a ruched drop waist, while MGK sported a custom Swarovski- and pearl-embroidered turtleneck and a suit. MGK was nominated for the first time ever for Best Rock Album at the 2023 Grammys, but ultimately lost out to Ozzy Osbourne's Patient Number 9.

Ahead of the awards do, MGK said no matter the outcome he was happy with his nomination: "Going into tomorrow, I just want to express gratitude. No matter what the outcome is, no matter if we win the Grammy, I am so happy to have been on the journey exactly as how it has turned out," the musician told fans in a video on his Instagram Story over the weekend.

"I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful for the family I've gained, friends, the shows, the laughs, the cries, all of that sh*t. It helped me push to be here to experience a moment like this. I mean, we already won. We already won."

Here's hoping that Megan is on the mend, and feeling much better, very soon!
