Nutritionist's fruit drink that helps you lose weight branded 'natural Ozempic'
Many people are now using Ozempic to help them lose weight.
The antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes was also found to be an effective anti-obesity medication used for long-term weight management. However with side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and constipation, it's not for everyone.
A lot of people like to shed weight more naturally, and one nutritionist has now shared her fruit drink concoction which has been branded a 'natural Ozempic'.

Courtney Kassis, known as @dietitianwithtwins on Instagram, shared her weight loss and nutrition tips regularly with her 323,000 followers. And they were loving the recipe for her healthy fruit drink, which she claims will reduce cravings and help you reach your weight loss goals.
The reel saw Courtney sipping on the drink as overlay text reading: "When you realise fibre can have effects similar to Ozempic, so you drink this daily and you see more results in two week than you have in two years."
Courtney was then seen making the drink as she combined water, chia seeds, frozen raspberries, lemon juice and coconut water.
Addressing fans in the caption, she wrote: "Here's the recipe to this Raspberry Chia Fresca. Fibre works similarly to Ozempic as it helps manage blood sugar levels, promote satiety and promote secretion of GLP-1!
"The result? A high-fibre diet can aid in reducing cravings, regulating appetite and helping you reach your health and weight loss goals effortlessly."
She added: "30 grams of fibre minimum daily is the goal and I help my clients easily reach this goal with structured meal plans that follow The 90-30-50 Method: 90 grams of protein minimum daily. grams of fibre minimum daily, 50 grams of healthy fat minimum daily."
Fans were loving the video, with the post racking up more than 9,900 likes.
The NHS agrees that we should be eating 30g of fibre a day as part of a healthy, balanced diet. It also states that choosing foods with fibre also makes us feel fuller.
