NY Mayoral Candidate Burns Face Masks as Mandate Eased

New York City mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa set face masks on fire in Manhattan on May 20, to mark the easing of guidelines on the wearing of face coverings in the city.

This footage, streamed live to his campaign Facebook, shows the Guardian Angels founder torching the disposable masks on a Midtown street.
