Police officers lined streets in Manhattan on Sunday morning, January 23, as the body of rookie NYPD officer Jason Rivera, fatally shot while responding to a domestic violence call in Harlem on Friday night, was escorted to a funeral home.

Rivera, aged 22, had joined the police department in 2020, the NYPD said.
