NYPD Searches for Driver in Brooklyn Hit and Run

New York City police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that hit a teenaged bicyclist before fleeing the scene on June 10 in Brooklyn. Officials released surveillance footage of the incident on Tuesday, hoping someone can identify the driver.

The female bicyclist was traveling west on Farragut Road when the vehicle hit her at the intersection at East 39th Street. The driver did not stop and continued north, police said. The video shows the moment of impact and the car continuing north.
