Oasis fans outraged after missing out on the final sale for the band's Wembley gigs have lashed out with an angry billboard.

The first round of ticket sales brought chaos, with thousands of hopeful fans stuck trying to access the Ticketmaster website and others who were lucky enough to get through left unable to afford tickets thanks to dynamic pricing. Liam and Noel Gallagher then announced they would be adding two extra Wembley dates on September 27 and 28, 2025.

To make it fairer, only those fans who received a special ballot code would be able to buy. Official prices ranged from £74.25 to £206.25, including fees, and tickets were released in three 90-minute blocks throughout the day, with a two-ticket per person limit.

However, following the sale over the weekend, it appears there were still many technical glitches.

One fan posted on Reddit: "Getting this message after getting the code and getting through the queue... 'Something went wrong... An error occurred and we could not reserve your tickets.'"

Someone else wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "What an absolute s***show again. @TicketmasterUK you are total garbage!!!" Tickets also began appearing on resale sites within minutes, some priced at over £1,300.

Now a billboard slamming the band has been spotted in London. Designed in the style of Oasis’s iconic black and white branding from their 1994 album 'Definitely Maybe' was written the word 'Greed.'

Posted on LinkedIn, someone wrote: “Friend just shared this photo of a billboard that popped up in Shoreditch, London. Now, I know that in music, negative publicity can be the same as positive publicity when it comes to promotion. But has the Oasis surge-pricing debacle pushed many loyal fans too too far? Maybe Definitely."

Many agreed with the sentiment with some commenting that they had been put off going to the gigs for a number of reasons. One user replied: “Greed will ruin this world.” While another person penned: “Sad thing is; the industry or oasis don’t give a sh**.” And a third person joked: "LOL, this is so angry. I love it."

And someone else added: “The flying pints of p*** is what stopped my getting involved in this madness. It would be good to see them again, but never at the expense of being covered in someone else's p***.”

The Mirror has contacted Ticketmaster and Oasis' representatives for comment.
