The death toll following a strike on an apartment building in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, has risen to 13, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), said on Sunday, March 5.

The SES said on Twitter that an eight-month-old child was among the victims of Thursday’s strike.

The local SES in Zaporizhzhia said 11 residents have been pulled from the building alive.
