She was born in Abingdon-on-Thames in Berkshire, before studying at Bath Spa University for a degree in English and History.
Garraway has been on the nation's television screns since first joining ITV way back in 1994, and she also presents a 10am-1pm slot on Smooth Radio.
But this isn't her first appearance in reality television - in 2008, Garraway appeared in the fifth series of Strictly Come Dancing where she finished eighth.
