'Love Island' star Olivia Attwood says sex sessions has been the secret to her success in ITV sports show 'The Games'.

The reality show pits celebrities against each other in a variety of events including swimming, cycling and track and field.

Olivia did particularly well in the swimming challenge and credited a saucy session the night before with her footballer fiance Bradley Dack with helping her performance, telling The Sun newspaper's TV Biz column: " The swimming was a good day and I’m trying to remember what I did then.

"It was probably a bit of adult time with my fiancé Brad the night before. It calmed me down.

"Sex was my lucky thing, I think. Now everything’s gone downhill since he left."

Olivia has since been struggling with a shoulder injury which could end her hopes of emerging victorious in the final which airs on Friday night (10.05.22).

She added of her injury: "What it needs is rest but every day I’m just aggravating it.

"I’m taped up. I look like one of the toys of Toy Story that’s been left behind and patched back together."

The show originally ran between 2003 and 2006 and was last won by 'Damage' star Jade Jones and singer Javine Hylton.

It has been revived this year with Olivia competing against stars including Christine McGuinness and Chelcee Grimes, while fellow former 'Love Island' contestant Wes Nelson also signed up.

Other celebrities in the line-up include soap stars Ryan Thomas and Colson Smith, former 'Strictly Come Dancing' pro Kevin Clifton, newsreader Lucrezia Millarini and 'The Wanted' star Max George.

Mel B's daughter Phoenix Brown and 'Emmerdale' actress Rebecca Sarker are also taking part.
