The two day, three stage south London festival – held, quite literally, on Blackheath – will also feature Metronomy, Jake Bugg, KT Tunstall and US bluesman Seasick Steve. Hip hop icons De La Soul, who this year are celebrating 30 years together, promise to be a highlight on Saturday.

Other acts on the bill include Fun Lovin’ Criminals, The Cuban Brothers and the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club. Tickets cost either £49.50 for a day ticket or £90 for a weekend slot and can be bought here.

London brewery Meantime will host a bar, while families can head to the playground adventure area, which boasts street theatre and arts and crafts activities.

OnBlackheath co-founder Tom Wates said: "We’re back with two days of unforgettable music, food and family entertainment this summer, celebrating this stunning part of London and bringing the festival season to a close."
