For those worrying that Hook will have a new love interest, worry no more.
Colin O'Donoghue is back for Once Upon a Time season seven but without Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, leading many to grow concerned that the pirate could be matched with somebody else.
But showrunners Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis put fans' minds at ease, saying that that won't happen (at least, for the time being).
Speaking at D23, the duo said that Hook and Emma are soulmates.
"I think that Emma is absolutely Hook's soulmate that we saw – so the Hook we all know and love, how could he look elsewhere?" Kitsis said. "There is no Tinder in Storybrooke, people."
Hook will have a character-centric episode in episode 2 (called 'A Pirate's Life'), which will fill viewers in on what happens between the end of season six in Storybrooke and the season seven premiere in Seattle.
"We meet Colin in new circumstances in the premiere, but in the second episode, we really delve into what happened to him and there's a flashback story centred around Hook which explains a lot," Horowitz said.
As for whether or not Hook and Emma have a child, Kitsis refused to give a proper answer.
"We can't say whether or not they have a child, but we can tell you we answer that question in the beginning of the season," he teased.
Season seven will introduce new series regulars Gabrielle Anwar and Dania Ramirez, with Ramirez confirmed to be playing the new Cinderella.
It's unclear how the different Cinderellas will play out exactly, but Kitsis teased: "New books could have different versions of some stories and ways of looking at them that maybe we've seen before, maybe some new characters as well."
Once Upon a Time airs on ABC in the US and is available on Netflix in the UK.
