With a narrative reboot happening on Once Upon a Time this new season, fans have not been short of theories.

Another fan theory – this time about the Evil Queen – has been shut down, by none other than the actress herself Lana Parrilla at the Comic-Con panel over the weekend.

Yvette Nicole Brown, moderator for the panel, brought the topic surrounding the Evil Queen's infertility up (fans will remember that the character consumed an infertility potion before the first curse to foil Cora's plans).

"[One question from the fans] is about the Evil Queen or Regina's infertility, if that is going to be addressed," she said. "Because somebody spied a crib in the Evil Queen's happy beginning.

"She had a crib."

Does that mean Regina's going to have a newborn in the new season?

Probably not.

"I can explain the crib," Parrilla said. "The crib was in there for Neal."

Showrunner Adam Horowitz added: "Because when they went over, they had to take care of Neal and bought diapers."

Parrilla will be returning for the seventh season alongside Colin O'Donoghue (Hook) and Robert Carlyle (Rumplestiltskin).

Andrew J West is playing adult Henry, taking over the role from Jared S Gilmore, while Alison Fernandez portrays his daughter Lucy. Dania Ramirez joins the cast as a new Cinderella, with Burn Notice star Gabrielle Anwar on board as Lady Tremaine, Cinderella's wicked stepmother.

Jennifer Morrison, who plays Emma Swan, will no longer be a series regular, but recently returned to the set to film a guest spot – which she described as her "last day".

Movie magic. Emma's long locks are back for one last day :) #steveston #onceuponatime #emmaswan
