One person in hospital after fire in Gwynedd flat
One person has been taken to hospital after a blaze in a flat in Gwynedd. Emergency crews were called to the ground floor property in Bangor in the early hours of this morning.
The condition of the casualty is not known. North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) said it was alerted to the incident in Llys Mair at 1.40am.
It sent two crews from Bangor and one each from Caernarfon and Menai Bridge. One casualty was taken to hospital.

A NWFRS spokesman said the blaze caused 25 per cent fire damage to the ground floor flat. The cause is under investigation.
The incident was brought under control by 2.43am, about an hour after the initial call.
