One year on, Russian military tech has proved weaker than expected in Ukraine

This week's edition of Tech 24 asks the question: one year after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, who's winning the war on the technology front? With a supply of modern equipment from its allies, and an unflinching morale among its population, Ukraine has stood up to Russia, which before the war had superior military tech – at least on paper.

But Russian electronic warfare isn't what it used to be, and it has been slow to roll out its latest weapons innovations. However, Moscow still has some potential game-changers up its sleeve, as our Technology Editor Peter O'Brien explains.
