The One Show hosts Angellica Bell and Roman Kemp had to apologise after a guest swore live on air before the watershed during Wednesday's (May 31) episode.
Sir Rod Stewart and Boy George were on the sofa to talk about going on tour together, and their decades-long friendship. Before the interview kicked off, Roman mentioned that the chat was likely to be "chaotic" as the pair were told off by producers for talking too much.
During the interview itself, Rod was asked about his outfit changes during his performances.
"People say, 'He went off [stage] to have a rest, 'cause he was tired.'" he said. "No! I'm sweating my bollocks off!"

Roman quickly addressed viewers, stating: "Sorry for any language there, I have to say. Sorry for any bad language. Family show."
"At least it wasn't me this time, which is amazing," Boy George joked.
Angellica then mentioned she knew the two were going to cause some trouble together and tried to ask Rod about becoming a grandfather again, but he misheard her and thought she said he had become a father again, stating: "My banana's back in the fruit box, darlin'!"
The group descended into laughter again as Roman apologised once more, with Rod joking that they should just start the show again.

On a more serious note on the show though, Boy George shared a touching story about his mum knew he was gay as a child and bought him a copy of Rod's 'The Killing of George (Part I and II)' — one of the first mainstream songs to mention homosexuality — in secret.
