The One Show presenter Alex Jones has shared a sweet photo of herself with her newborn daughter while celebrating her fellow night owls.
Alex welcomed a baby girl on August 21 with her husband Charlie Thomson, with whom she already shares sons Ted and Kit.
A few days after the birth of her daughter, Alex shared a night-time photo on Instagram of herself smiling and cradling her baby on her chest during a night feed, sending out a salute to everyone else who may have been awake at the time.

"The night shift. Emergency workers, supermarket staff, cabbies, factory workers, lorry drivers, DJ's, fellow breastfeeders. Whatever your reasons for being awake through the night, I'm thinking of you," she wrote.
The presenter received several supportive comments, including from her fellow presenters. Myleene Klass wrote: "I see you! Sending you love Mama", while Angellica Bell commented: "I weirdly miss those times! Can't wait to see you and get some cuddles!".
Cat Deeley also showed her support, writing: "Remember that feeling... And strangely loved it".

Following the birth of her daughter, whose name has not yet been revealed, Alex called her "tiny, but perfectly formed".
"We are all beyond happy and besotted by her, especially Ted and Kit," she said. "Watching them with their brand new little sister is just the best and we can't believe how lucky we are to have the 3 of them and to be a family of 5. It still doesn't feel real!!!"
Alex is currently on maternity leave from The One Show, with her co-hosts Ronan Keating and Jermaine Jenas holding the fort on the sofa while she's away. The pair both joined the show on a permanent basis in May, following Matt Baker's departure.
The One Show airs weekdays at 7pm on BBC One.
