Online Video Shows Teenage Bully Launching Terrifying Attack On Young Victim

This shocking footage shows a teenage bully punching, kicking and kneeing her terrified victim – as a watching group of kids cheer her on.

The video, which was shared on Facebook and shows a teenager beating a younger girl, has now been viewed by more than six million people.

Shot on a camera phone, the footage shows the bully drag the girl to her feet by her hair before she knees her in the face.

The incident is believe to have happened in the Cowdenbeath area of Fife, Scotland, on Sunday.

It shows the bully swinging a punch at her victim as surrounding children shout “fight, fight, fight”.

At one point during the four-minute clip she appears to say: “Are you not even going to fight back?”

The victim is then pushed to the floor by her attacker who bangs the girl’s head on the road several times.

Police confirmed they had investigated the video and that a 15-year-old girl had been charged in relation to the incident.
