Only Fools And Horses star Patrick Murray has told fans that he has had a tumour and half of his liver removed after he was diagnosed with a second cancer.

The 66-year-old actor revealed last year that he had lung cancer and a few months later updated fans to say that after undergoing treatment doctors had told him he had been cured.

However, the star - who is best known for playing Mickey Pearce in the hit BBC sitcom - has now shared that he has had a second cancer diagnosis.

"I am a two person, that's for sure," added Murray.

"High fives to all at Kings College Hospital."
