Emily In Paris has been renewed for a second series at Netflix.

The series about an ambitious American marketing executive who lands her dream job in the French capital has been a hit for the streaming service.

A video shows members of the cast on Zoom holding pairs of items to mark the second series.

Ashley Park, who plays Mindy, can be seen with two glasses of wine, while Lucas Bravo who plays Gabriel, cracks two eggs into a frying pan.

Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, who plays Sylvie, holds up two lingerie gift boxes and Camille Razat, who plays Camille, brandishes two bottles of champagne.

The video then shows Lily Collins, who plays the title role of Emily, dressed in a white beret as she she receives text messages from two of her admirers.

It says: “Deux is always better than un. Emily In Paris will return for season two!”

Collins wrote on Twitter: “Deux is better than un. I’m freaking out and beyond thrilled (much to Sylvie’s dismay) to announce #EmilyinParis will be returning to @netflix for Season 2!

“Thank you guys for the love and support and I hope you’re as excited as we are!!”
