Yahoo News Opening date for spectacular Kent adventure soft play with climbing volcano, tree trunk crawl tube and maze
Kent families have a spectacular new soft play adventure and it's based on a jungle theme with a volcano to climb, lava slides, tree trunks to crawl through and even a maze to find hidden secrets in. This is the new ultimate Amazon Adventure coming to Maidstone Leisure Centre.
Families itching to try out the new attraction can already register bookings for parties to be held from November. The Polar Adventure will shut on September 9 and the facility will undergo a transformation which promises to thrill the little ones.
The leisure centre has already had a resounding thumbs up from families for its recent new mini water park, called the Totem Splash Pad and Pool, which has slides, water canons and an aqua challenge, along with a cafe upgrade.
Maidstone Leisure Centre is run by Serco leisure company and other improvements have been carried out, including the main Lagoon Pool which has had the wave machine refurbished.

When is the soft play opening?
Families only have to wait until around October half-term before they can be let loose on this latest upgrade. Serco said it was taking birthday party bookings from November.

A couple of suggestions for even more improvements have been made on Facebook by parents. They are: upgraded showers; air con for the hotter months; and more family/baby changing rooms.
